1. Order Processing & Protective Fulfillment

All painting tool and hardware bracket orders will be processed, payment verified, quality inspected, and professionally packaged within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Business days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays and weekends. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed sequentially on the next working business day.
Considering the characteristics of hard hardware products, sharp-edged painting tools, and rigid door frame brackets, all items are packaged with thick cartons, edge protectors, shockproof foam, and anti-scratch wrapping to prevent bending, denting, surface scratches, structural deformation, or component loss during transit. Bulky frame products are reinforced with strapping for stable transportation. During peak seasons, holiday promotions and flash sale events, order processing time may be slightly extended due to increased order volume to ensure packaging safety and integrity.

4. Order Tracking Service

After your hardware and painting tool order is fully inspected, reinforced packaged, and dispatched to the official logistics carrier, you will receive an automatic confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and official tracking link. Due to carrier system data synchronization delays, tracking information may take up to 24 hours to be updated and displayed normally.
If you fail to receive the tracking email within 3 business days after successful payment, please contact our customer support team in time to solve the problem.

5. International Shipping & Customs Liability

International orders involving painting tools, metal door brackets, and household hardware supplies are subject to destination country import duties, customs clearance fees, commodity taxes, and safety inspection administrative charges. Hardware and metal structured products may undergo stricter customs screening. All additional fees are not included in the order total and shipping cost paid by the customer.
The customer shall be solely responsible for all customs fees, import taxes, inspection fees and additional handling charges. We have no right to interfere with local commodity inspection standards, detention cycles, tax rate regulations and package release decisions for hardware and tool products.
We are not liable for package detention, rejection, confiscation, return, or abandonment caused by foreign customs commodity inspection rules and import regulations, and no refund or compensation will be provided for resulting losses and additional fees.

6. Shipping Restrictions & Compliance Regulations

Affected by international hardware import policies, local metal product safety regulations and carrier special item shipping rules, we reserve the right to restrict or suspend shipping services to specific countries, regions and states for certain oversized or heavy hardware products. If your shipping address is in an unsupported region, we will actively notify you and process a full order refund.

7. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

After the package is officially handed over to the authorized logistics carrier, all risks of package loss, damage, and theft during transportation shall be transferred to the customer. We recommend customers choose trackable shipping services with delivery confirmation for all painting tool and hardware bracket orders to ensure shipping safety.
Delivered but Undetected Packages: If the carrier tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received the goods, please check with neighbors, community property management, or local post office first. 8. Shipping Address Specification & Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for filling in accurate, complete, and deliverable shipping addresses during checkout. We will deliver goods strictly in accordance with the address information submitted in the final order. Address modification after shipment will incur additional logistics costs, which shall be borne by the customer.
Packages returned to the sender due to incorrect addresses, incomplete information, undeliverable locations, or customer refusal to sign for receipt will generate return and re-shipping fees, all of which shall be borne by the customer. Repeatedly returned bulky hardware items will not be eligible for free re-shipping services.
